- eConsult – If you use eConsult for your questions to us, we will treat the information you provide confidentially. To use this service, you must log in to your personal environment.
- Your medical record – In the event that you provide medical information to us, it may be included in your medical record. We will only include it if permitted by law or after we have obtained your express consent to do so
- Contact form – If you have any questions, you can always contact us by filling in the contact form. You will be asked to enter your name and contact information along with a description of your question. This information is used solely to handle your inquiry and to improve our services.
- Ordering through the website – We use the information you provide when placing an order to process the order. Where necessary, information is provided to other parties involved in handling the order, such as the delivery service.
